Quantity Surveyor

We’re working closely with a reputable and expanding roofing contractor who are now looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist contractor delivering a variety of roofing projects across the South East, with values typically ranging from £100k up to £1.5m.

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with Contracts Team, managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·Managing project costs, variations, and valuations

·Liaising with site managers, suppliers, and clients

·Subcontractor procurement and payments

·Final account preparation and dispute resolution where required

Ideal Candidate:

·Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in roofing, cladding, or specialist subcontracting

·Strong understanding of JCT contracts and cost control

·Able to manage multiple projects at different stages

·Confident, detail-focused, and commercially aware

·Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction (preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

* Basic from: £60,000
