Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a well-known social housing company based in the North London area who are looking for a highly skilled Senior Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

To ensure appropriate commercial controls are in place and adhered to
Identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and customer excellence through continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems.
Manage and support supervisors in any performance conduct or absence issues in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
Lead and manage Supervisors and support teams (planners), contractors, and trades to ensure timely completion of works.
Firm Understanding of Schedule of Rates for Building Works
Previous experience working in the social housing/local authority sector
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Proactive approach to work
Proven track record for being reliable and punctual
Must hold a manual driving licenceKey Knowledge:

Social Housing, Building Contractor and local authority industry knowledge
