Senior Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce detailed, accurate estimates from architectural drawings and project specifications

* Price full-scope fit-out projects, including: joinery, drylining, plumbing, ceilings, M&E, and decoration

* Collaborate with design, production, and project delivery teams to ensure estimates reflect scope, programme, and budget

* Attend and contribute to client meetings, providing commercial expertise and cost planning advice

* Analyse material, labour, and time requirements to support competitive pricing and financial forecasting

What We're Looking For:

* Strong background in estimating bespoke joinery, washrooms, or high-end fit-out packages

* Proven experience pricing entire projects in the £15–20 million range (not just individual trades)

* Excellent ability to read and interpret construction drawings and client briefs

* Confident, articulate communicator with experience in a client-facing role

Salary & Benefits:

* £75,000 – £85,000 annual salary

* Monday – Friday
