With a team of over 100 staff and a large, modern site in Poole featuring a breakout area and excellent onsite facilities, they deliver bespoke aluminium glazing solutions to high-end residential and commercial clients across the UK. The business is now seeking a Trainee Estimator to join their team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong numerical ability and an interest in construction or glazing, looking to begin their career in estimating within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will assist the sales team by producing accurate estimates, handling quotation requests, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Trainee Estimator – Role Overview
Produce accurate estimates for the sales team
Take ownership of incoming quotation requests via phone and email
Enter estimates into the Logikal system and support in maximising conversions
Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
Liaise closely with the sales team to support business growth
Trainee Estimator – Requirements
Strong numerical and analytical skills (mathematics qualifications advantageous)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy in work
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
IT literate, with the ability to learn industry-specific systems (training provided)
Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
