Freelance Site Manager – Housing Development
Location: Middlesbrough
Role: Freelance Site Manager – Housing Site
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a housing development in Middlesbrough.
Responsibilities
Supervising trades and subcontractors on site
Ensuring works are delivered on time, safely, and to specification
Overseeing health & safety compliance and carrying out site inductions
Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management
Managing site paperwork and quality checks
Requirements
Previous experience managing housing projects
Strong knowledge of H&S regulations
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades
