Description

Conduct detailed property surveys to assess asset condition and maintenance requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
Provide recommendations for property improvements and cost-effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports for asset management purposes.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Respond promptly to queries and issues related to property assets.Profile

A successful Asset Surveyor should have:

Relevant qualifications in surveying, construction, or a related field.
Experience in conducting property surveys and maintenance planning.
