Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager / Site Manager to join a long-term new build housing development in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a progressive residential developer known for delivering sustainable, modern, and high-quality homes. Their ethos is centred around creating well-designed communities with an emphasis on affordability, energy efficiency, and Scandinavian-inspired design and build techniques.

The role will focus heavily on the finishing phase of housing units, requiring someone with an excellent eye for detail, strong management skills, and the ability to drive high-quality standards through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee finishing works across houses and apartments to ensure the highest quality delivery.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors to complete snagging and final stages of the build.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and programme requirements.

*

Report progress to senior management and work closely with the wider project team.

*

Drive standards on site to achieve defect-free handovers.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Finishing Manager / Site Manager on residential housing developments.

*

Strong knowledge of snagging, finishing trades, and final handover processes.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid – essential.

*

Excellent organisational and leadership skills with strong attention to detail.

*

A proactive and driven individual who takes pride in delivering a high-quality product.
