Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering high-quality fit out projects? Our client, a leading main contractor specialising in Cat A and Cat B commercial fit outs, is looking for an ambitious QS to join their growing team.

The Role

*

Managing the full commercial process across fit out projects (Cat A & B).

*

Preparing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts.

*

Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure successful delivery.

*

Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

About You

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit out / commercial interiors sector.

*

Strong knowledge of Cat A and Cat B projects.

*

Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

*

Strong client-facing and communication skills.
