💷 Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + travel expenses + benefits

While experience in glazed partitions is an advantage, we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in drywall, interiors, or general fit-out who are eager to learn.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Estimator to support our estimating and surveying function, working closely with the Divisional Director, Sales Manager, and Project Manager. You’ll be involved in:

Preparing cost estimates for tenders and quotations
*
Assisting with take-offs using BlueBeam or On-Screen Take Off
*
Sending enquiries to the supply chain and obtaining quotes
*
Helping compile tender submissions and clarifications
*
Supporting the handover process for secured projects
*
Assisting with variations, valuations, and contract administration on live jobs
*
Maintaining tender logs and updating trackers (Excel/Smartsheet/CRM systems)
This role offers the chance to build strong foundations in estimating and surveying, with mentoring from experienced professionals and exposure to high-profile commercial fit-out projects.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in estimating, surveying, or commercial administration (fit-out or construction preferred)
*
Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
*
Proficient with MS Excel, Word (CRM/Hubspot experience desirable)
*
Experience with BlueBeam or On-Screen Take Off (preferred but training can be provided)
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop a career in estimating
