Finance Officer – Redruth – Hybrid Working
💰 Pay: Circa £28,000 per annum + benefits
📍 Location: Redruth – Hybrid (office & home working)
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
📅 Start: Flexible for the right person

Carrington Wood is delighted to be partnering with a respected organisation in Redruth that is on the lookout for a Finance Officer to join their collaborative finance team. This role is ideal for someone with accounting experience who is keen to develop further within management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
✔ Preparing and posting intercompany transactions
✔ Raising and issuing external customer invoices
✔ Reconciling ledgers, sales day books, and fixed asset schedules
✔ Producing and maintaining contract schedules for job costing
✔ Preparing monthly accruals and prepayments
✔ Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc queries, reporting, and projects

What We’re Looking For:
💡 AAT qualified (or equivalent) – or working towards it
💡 Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
💡 Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
💡 Confident communicator with both finance and non-finance colleagues
💡 Good IT skills and ability to pick up financial systems quickly
