Senior Site Manager – Cambridgeshire
£60,000 to £70,000 plus package
Our client is a respected contractor specialising in commercial projects, with a balanced portfolio comprising 50% new build developments and 50% refurbishment and alteration works. Their projects span hospitals, hotels, schools, and heritage buildings, with a strong presence across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, South Norfolk, and North London.
Due to sustained growth and an increase in workload, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
*
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in managing commercial new build and refurbishment projects.
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
*
A proven track record of delivering projects successfully within agreed timeframes and budgets.
*
Excellent knowledge of health and safety procedures.
*
A valid SMSTS card.
*
A valid CSCS card.
