Experience & Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience at the subcontractor level (preferably with limited main contractor experience).

* Demonstrable career progression into senior roles.

* Degree qualified – BSc or NVQ equivalent.

* Holds valid SMSTS and CSCS Black Card.

* Fire Door Inspection certification required.

* First Aid qualification required.

Specialisms

* Proven experience in commercial fit-out projects, particularly in the installation of bespoke joinery and delivery of full turnkey fit-out solutions.

* Deep understanding of drywall, joinery, and washroom fit-out systems.

* Background working alongside Tier 1 contractors.

Skills & Responsibilities

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with typical values ranging from £150k to £3 million.

* Experience overseeing mixed-package scopes across various project phases.

* Skilled in producing detailed, job-specific RAMS.

* Proficient in project management tools – familiarity with Asta Powerproject is ideal (or transferable software experience).

* Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

* Confident and professional in client-facing environments.

Location: Must be based within 1–1.5 hours of office location (North West London)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + package
