The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Cambridge team to oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, controlling costs, mitigating risks, and maintaining stringent health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion

Manage contract administration, including negotiation, compliance, and documentation
*
Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and financial risks
*
Implement and uphold rigorous health and safety practices across all projects

Maintain quality standards, ensuring that all works meet company and client expectations
*
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success
*
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
