Salary: £34,000 – £42,000

They are on the lookout for an experienced Project Architect to lead on a range of projects for their residential team based in Sheffield.

Deliver on a range of refurbishment, newbuild, and reclad schemes
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
Produce detailed drawing packages using RevitSkills and experience for the role of Project Architect:

ARB registered
Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on residential projects
Job running experience
Experience working across RIBA stages 3-6 in particular
Strong attention to detail
Excellent drawing and design skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
