About the role
We're hiring on behalf of a long-established Irish main contractor. You'll lead the finishes and client handover on high-quality commercial, fit-out, hospitality and pharma projects in Dublin.

Ideal for a seasoned Finishing Manager or an all-round General Site Manager with a strong finishes track record.

Key responsibilities

Own all internal finishes from shell & core to PC/handover.
Plan and run short-term look-ahead programmes to hit key dates.
Coordinate multiple trades and M&E final-fix; verify works against drawings/specs.
Drive QA/QC: benchmarks, inspections, snag/de-snag, close-out documentation (O&Ms, warranties).
Maintain site H&S standards; lead briefings and toolbox talks.
Lead client/consultant walks and close out actions swiftly.
Manage site logistics, materials, and subcontractor performance.What we're looking for

15+ years' in a similar role
Proven delivery of high-end finishes and zero-defect handovers.
Strong coordination, programming, and problem-solving skills.
Confident reading drawings/specifications; familiar with digital snag/QA tools.
Trade background (e.g., Carpentry) or relevant Construction/Engineering qualification.
Safe Pass and full, clean driving licence.Why apply
