Job Advert – Freelance Quantity Surveyor (M&E Contractor)
Location: Loughton
Duration: 4–8 weeks, with potential for permanent role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a respected M&E contractor working on a new build residential scheme.

The Role:

* Manage variations and associated commercial duties.

* Take full ownership of surveying responsibilities within the project.

* Work closely with the project team to ensure financial and contractual control.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E or residential projects.

* Strong understanding of variations and cost control.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Offer:

* 4–8 week freelance role with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right individual.
