About the Role:
We are looking for a Site Manager to take charge of a fast-track industrial refurbishment project in Harlow. This is a 12-week contract overseeing the works from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities.

*

Oversee programme delivery and ensure works are carried out to specification.

*

Enforce site health & safety compliance.

*

Coordinate logistics, materials, and workforce.

*

Maintain progress reporting and liaise with the client and senior team.

*

Ensure quality control and timely handover.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience on industrial refurbishment projects is highly desirable.

*

Proven track record in site management roles.

*

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
