Electrical Site Manager / Project Manager
Location: Within M25 (London & Surrounding Areas)
Day Rate: £300 per day (Outside IR35, via Ltd Company)

We are working on behalf of a well-established M&E firm who are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Project Manager to deliver a range of upcoming projects within the M25.

The schemes will cover a variety of sectors, including:

Hospitals

*

Banks

*

Storage Facilities

Key Responsibilities:

*

Oversee electrical site activities from start to finish

*

Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

*

Maintain H&S compliance across sites

*

Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Project Manager

*

Strong background in managing commercial electrical projects

*

Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements

*

Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites when required
