Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Are you a recent graduate in Quantity Surveying (or a related field) looking to kickstart your career on some of London’s most exciting and challenging projects?

We’re looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Central London team, working on cut & carve projects – the complex structural alterations, refurbishments, and high-end fit-outs that transform landmark buildings across the capital.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on site and commercial experience while being mentored by senior surveyors.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting the team with cost planning, measurement, and valuations

* Assisting with subcontractor procurement and payment applications

* Working on live cut & carve projects, including:

* Structural modifications

* Façade retention

* Temporary works and demolitions

* High-spec internal refurbishments

* Helping prepare cost reports, CVRs, and final accounts

* Building the commercial knowledge and confidence to manage your own packages

What We’re Looking For

* A degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management / Construction Economics

* A keen interest in refurbishment and structural alteration projects

* Strong analytical skills and a good head for numbers

* Great communication skills and the confidence to work in a fast-paced London environment

* Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
