Site Manager – Volume Housebuilding | West Region
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality new homes? A leading national housebuilder is looking for a dedicated and driven Site Manager to join their successful team operating across the West region of Scotland.
About the Role
You’ll take full responsibility for managing a residential development site from start to finish, ensuring homes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of site management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor performance
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
Maintain high standards of quality and finish
Manage build programs and ensure timely delivery of homes
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives
About You:
Proven experience in volume housebuilding
SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid qualified
Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, problem-solving attitude
