The Role
As a Maintenance Operative, you will carry out high-quality remedial and maintenance works in customers’ new homes. You’ll ensure all repairs are completed on time, to a professional standard, and with a strong focus on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out remedial and maintenance works to a high standard across a variety of trades, ensuring compliance with company policies and service levels.

Manage and prioritise your own workload to meet agreed timescales and SLA targets.

Accurately record all work completed via the Operative App, supporting defect tracking and resolution.
*
Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and internal coordinators to ensure all works are clearly agreed and completed efficiently.
*
Monitor and minimise costs associated with remedial works, identifying contra-charging opportunities where appropriate.
*
Promote and adhere to health & safety standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
*
Skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks, with painting and joinery experience essential.
*
Competent in the safe use and upkeep of tools and equipment.
*
PASMA certification and First Aid qualification desirable.
*
Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable manner.
*
IT-literate (basic Microsoft Office).
*
Current CSCS card required.
*
Full UK Driving Licence essential
