This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who offer the expertise to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Architectural Technician to join them in the new offices in their Wakefield offices.

Assist with residential projects from inception through to completion
Begin to prepare and submit planning regulations and packages
Attend site visits and carry out site surveys to ensure high quality
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packagesSkills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Experienced with Revit and AutoCAD
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
