The Role
As Service & Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery, performance, and compliance of all service and maintenance operations. From planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to reactive repairs and statutory compliance, you’ll ensure a smooth-running, customer-focused operation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the management of M&E maintenance across a diverse portfolio (including HVAC, fire safety, security, plumbing, renewables, and more).

Develop processes, procedures, and reporting systems that drive consistency and quality.

Ensure all works meet compliance, safety, and statutory standards.
*
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and trust.
*
Manage teams and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience in service & maintenance management within M&E building services.
*
Broad knowledge across multiple systems.
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills.
*
In-depth understanding of compliance and safety requirements.
*
IT literacy with the ability to use reporting tools and CRMs.
Desirable: professional qualifications (Degree/HND in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services), professional memberships (CIBSE, IET, BIFM), and experience with renewable energy systems.
