Plant Fitter – Aldridge

Salary: £36,000 – £50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Location: Aldridge, West Midlands

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plant Fitter to join our team in Aldridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in maintaining and repairing plant machinery and small tools, looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with competitive pay and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of plant equipment and small tools.

* Diagnose faults and ensure machinery is safe and operational.

* Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

* Maintain accurate service records and adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a plant fitter or similar role.

* Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.

* Ability to work on a variety of equipment including small tools.

* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
