What You’ll Be Doing

* Running civils projects end-to-end: budgets, cost control, reporting

* Building strong client and stakeholder relationships

* Overseeing procurement and subcontract packages

* Managing change control, risks, and opportunities

* Preparing valuations, applications, and monthly reports

* Working closely with site teams to track costs and progress

What We’re Looking For

* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

* At least 2 years’ experience in a QS role (civils background is a must)

* Strong communicator with the confidence to deal with clients directly

* Organised, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects

* Full UK driving licence
