Payroll Manager

Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Oversee payroll systems and resolve any discrepancies or technical issues.
Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
Prepare and submit statutory reports, including tax filings and pension contributions.
Provide guidance and support to wider payroll staff.
Monitor changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
Respond to employee payroll queries timely

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
Experience leader
Happy to adhere to an office based role (Reading)
Familiarity with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.
