Are you a Project Manager with a background in construction consultancy looking to work on major schemes in Central London? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong pipeline of high-profile commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across the capital.

The successful Project Manager will be joining a collaborative team in a client-facing role, managing projects from feasibility to handover. As a Project Manager, you'll be working across both public and private sector schemes, providing expert leadership and strategic delivery.

The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing full project lifecycle support. Responsibilities include cost, time, and quality management, chairing meetings, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The Project Manager

Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering)

Chartered or working towards chartership with RICS, APM or CIOB

Minimum 3 years' experience in a consultancy environment

Excellent knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts

Client-facing with strong communication and organisational skills
