Project Manager

A dynamic construction consultancy in Central London is looking to expand its team with a professional Project Manager. With a strong emphasis on healthcare and commercial schemes, this consultancy offers a clear pathway for career growth in project management.

You'll join a team committed to delivering excellent project management services, working on complex, high-value projects across the capital. The Project Manager will be hands-on, client-facing, and focused on maintaining standards and meeting deliverables.

The Project Manager's role

You'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle – from feasibility studies to handover – ensuring that all aspects of project management align with client goals and compliance standards.

The Project Manager will lead stakeholder meetings, oversee risk management processes, ensure health & safety protocols are met and provide mentoring to junior team members. Your project management skills will drive the delivery of multiple concurrent schemes.

The Project Manager

Degree qualified in Construction/Project Management

Working towards or Chartered (RICS, CIOB, APM)

5+ years of project management experience

London consultancy experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and technical understanding
