Project Manager

A leading construction consultancy in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to strengthen its fast-growing team. Renowned for delivering impactful schemes across the public sector, healthcare, and commercial markets, the firm is looking for a driven professional who thrives on managing diverse projects and is passionate about achieving excellence in project delivery.

You'll be part of a collaborative project management team that thrives on accountability, structure, and quality delivery. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering project management services from early-stage development through to handover and commissioning.

The Project Manager's role

You will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee full lifecycle project management including budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement and progress reporting. Projects will typically span healthcare, education and commercial refurbishment sectors.

Project management will involve working closely with clients to ensure the smooth transition of services, accurate reporting, and compliance with all regulations and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members.

The Project Manager

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent

Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar)

Minimum 3-5 years' consultancy project management experience

Experience in NHS or healthcare projects beneficial

Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
