Associate Quantity Surveyor

A top tier Quantity Surveying consultancy, with a global outreach, is seeking a professional Associate Quantity Surveyor with commercial project experience as they strengthen their London office.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor shall support a Partner on an array of commercial projects with a particular focus on office, fit-out, and student accommodation projects.
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will undertake a client facing role, provide pre and post cost management services, whilst also managing a couple of Quantity Surveyors.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
* MRICS preferred
* Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
* Commercial project experience
* Client facing
* Strong pre and post contract knowledge
* Previous Senior or Associate QS experience
