The Associate Quantity Surveyors' role
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the delivery of high-profile projects across a variety of sectors including:
Student accommodation
Commercial and mixed-use schemes
High-end residential
Exposure to life sciences, hospitality, and leisure sectorsThis is a hands-on leadership role where the Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development activities. You'll be working alongside a supportive Board of Directors while mentoring junior staff and helping shape the consultancy's long-term vision.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
MRICS – essential
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
Excellent pre & post contract experience
A successful track record leading numerous high value £30m – £200m projectsWhat's on offer?
