About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join the London team. In this role, you will:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Carry out material take-offs, supplier pricing comparisons, and value engineering exercises.

Work collaboratively with project managers, quantity surveyors, and subcontractors to validate cost assumptions.
*
Support the preparation of bid and tender documentation, ensuring pricing accuracy and competitiveness.
*
Maintain and update cost databases, tracking market conditions and pricing fluctuations.
*
Present cost proposals confidently to internal stakeholders and clients at senior level.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience as an Estimator within commercial fit-out or refurbishment.
*
Strong background in producing detailed tender documentation and cost breakdowns.
*
Excellent commercial judgment with the ability to identify cost risks and opportunities.
*
Confident in supplier negotiations and client presentations at a senior level.
*
Proficiency with estimating software and an openness to digital tools and processes.
*
A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
