A highly-regarded, multidisciplinary construction, design and architectural practice is looking for an experienced Senior CDM Advisor to join its growing CDM Team based in its lovely offices in Shoreditch, London (hybrid working).

The Senior CDM Advisor role

This role offers a perfect opportunity to demonstrate your passion for design safety, together with your leadership, co-ordination and technical expertise to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of health and safety and principal designer requirements.

You will be supporting project leaders to integrate design safety across a variety of high value and interesting projects including housing, student accommodation, film studios, later living and commercial / workspace.

While delivering the Senior CDM Advisor role you will have opportunities to represent the practice externally and develop business opportunities in the field of design for health and safety.

The Senior CDM Advisor

You will have over 5 years’ experience within a CDM Advisory / H&S role in a construction, design or architectural context.

You will have knowledge and experience of:

* Project management

* Working across all RIBA stages

* Leadership and communication

* Report writing

* Time management

* Team working

* Good organisation

* Attention to detail

* Technical competency with good understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015

* NEBOSH Construction Certificate

* APS or IOSH membership

You are a motivated and proactive team-player with an open and inquisitive outlook.

* £60,000 – £75,000 depending on experience
