Estimator – Drylining Sub Contractor
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + package

We are working with a specialist drylining sub-contractor who deliver projects up to £1.5m across commercial, residential, and fit-out sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.

The Role:

Preparing accurate tenders and cost plans for drylining projects.

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

*

Working closely with the commercial and project delivery teams.

*

Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.

*

Helping to secure profitable projects and maintain strong client relationships.

The Candidate:

*

Proven experience as an Estimator within the drylining or wider interiors sector.

*

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage tenders up to £1.5m.

*

Good negotiation and communication skills.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
