About the Role

They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their London office, taking charge of cost control and commercial delivery across diverse construction programmes. The successful candidate will manage budgets, value assessments, subcontractor packages, and final accounts—ensuring projects stay on track financially and meet quality standards. This role involves collaborating with design and delivery teams, advising clients on cost risk, and helping steer project strategy throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in quantity surveying within fit-out, construction consultancy, or contracting environments

Proficient in cost planning, measurement, valuations, and contract administration

Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaborative skills, capable of engaging with clients and project teams effectively

*

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline; professional accreditation is a strong advantage
