Project Manager
About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join their growing team, delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You’ll be working on a range of CAT A and CAT B fit-out schemes for office spaces, co-working hubs, and commercial interiors, often in live environments.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of commercial fit-out projects, from planning and procurement to delivery and handover
*
Manage budgets up to £2M and ensure projects remain on time and within financial targets
*
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
*
Monitor site progress and chair regular meetings with stakeholders
*
Ensure all health & safety protocols and compliance standards are met
*
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit-out sector (CAT A & CAT B)
*
Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and construction processes
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
*
Working knowledge of relevant building regulations and health & safety standards
*
Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
*
CSCS, SMSTS, or other relevant certifications (advantageous)
