The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Prepare cost estimates and budgets

*

Manage cost control from inception to completion

*

Provide regular financial reporting to clients

*

Work on diverse projects across public and private sectors

Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need:

At least 3 years’ experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the UK

Strong client-facing and communication skills

*

Proven ability to manage multiple projects

*

A proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented approach

*

MRICS preferred but not essential
