Quality Assurance Coordinator

Industry: Construction 
Location: Dunstable (Office-based with occasional site visits)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 £0.45/mile travel allowance
Hours: 07:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday)

We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team supporting a major infrastructure project (HS2). This role requires construction industry experience and a strong background in quality and technical documentation.

Quality Assurance Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

Manage QA/TA documentation for HS2 works

Ensure all client deliverables (ITPs, quality plans, approvals) meet standards

Compile and maintain:

Non-conformance reports

Technical compliance documents

Handover/record packs

Support audits and maintain accreditations

Liaise with internal teams and clients to meet quality targets

Attend site visits for QA checks (10–30% site-based over time)

Quality Assurance Coordinator Requirements:

Construction or infrastructure industry experience is essential

Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

Understanding of QA systems, compliance, and document control

Organised, proactive, and able to manage large document volumes

Comfortable working independently and with project teams
