Job Title: Working Foreman – Warehouse Refurbishment
Location: West Drayton
Duration: 10 Weeks

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and contribute to a warehouse refurbishment project in West Drayton. This is a hands-on role, requiring both supervision of trades and direct involvement in tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day supervision of site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely and to programme.

*

Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials.

*

Carrying out some hands-on tasks, including painting, as required.

*

Maintaining site health & safety standards.

*

Reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor.

*

Background in refurbishment or fit-out projects.

*

Willingness to assist with painting and other site tasks.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS preferred, First Aid beneficial.
