About the Company

A small but dynamic and forward-thinking construction consultancy based in Southwark is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team. With a strong presence in the luxury residential and commercial sectors, they have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and enjoy a steady stream of repeat business.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering exclusive residential projects across London and the Home Counties. These projects will vary in value and include both new builds and refurbishments.

You’ll be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, and will serve as the client’s primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering full pre- and post-contract services

*

Cost planning, feasibility studies, and tender documentation

*

Procurement advice and contract administration

*

Managing project budgets and timelines

*

Acting as the lead QS on multiple high-end developments

Requirements

*

RICS-accredited degree

*

MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership

*

Previous experience in a UK-based consultancy/private practice

*

Strong knowledge of both pre- and post-contract duties

*

Excellent client-facing and communication skills
