Rate:               £45,000 per annum and car allowance 

Our client, a respected social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a maintenance and housing project. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to improving communities and providing excellent service to tenants.

The Role:

Leading and managing maintenance projects within the social housing sector.

Coordinating operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.

Managing relationships with housing associations, tenants, and internal teams.

Monitoring project performance, compliance, and quality standards.

Producing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.

About You:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within social housing or property maintenance.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and quality standards in housing projects.

A results-driven individual who can deliver high standards of service.

Knowledge of housing regulations, landlord & tenant legislation, and compliance frameworks.
