Contracts Manager

Reginald Gray is proud to be supporting a market-leading prime residential contractor in the appointment of a Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

The initial focus will be the delivery of a single, high-spec £5M new build home for a private client. From there, the role will develop into a multi-site contracts management position, giving you exposure to a range of impressive schemes within the business’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of high-quality residential projects from inception to completion

* Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of projects

* Oversee multiple project teams and ensure adherence to programme, budget, and quality standards

* Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, consultants, and subcontractors

* Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are rigorously maintained

About You

We are looking to speak with experienced:

* Contracts Managers with a proven track record in high-end residential construction

* Senior Project Managers ready to step up into a contracts management role

You will bring:

* A strong background in prime residential or luxury private housing

* Excellent leadership, organisational and client-facing skills

* The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

* A commitment to delivering outstanding quality in every aspect of construction
