A Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting a growing portfolio of construction projects in the custodial sector.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Tier 1 contractor experience (not maintenance) to work on complex, high-value schemes across the region.
Your new role

Commercial management of design & build projects
Subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
Financial reporting including CVRs, cost-to-complete, and cash flow forecasts
Contract administration (JCT/NEC)
Supporting project delivery across multiple sites

What you'll need to succeed

Based within 1 hour of Bristol
Tier 1 contractor experience essential
Strong background in construction (not maintenance)
Experience in custodial/public sector projects is highly desirable.
Degree qualified and working towards or holding RICS/CIOB membership
Able to work independently and collaboratively
DBS clearance required (can be arranged)
