Site Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE

We are looking for a motivated Site Manager to join a well-established construction business, working on a range of residential developments. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced manager or someone ready to take the next step in their career. Experience in social housing projects will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and oversee the day-to-day running of the site

*

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery

*

Maintain strong health & safety standards across the site

*

Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements

*

Work closely with project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

*

Previous experience in residential construction (management experience is beneficial but not essential)

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to problem-solve

*

Site management qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are beneficial but support can be provided for the right candidate
