The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Advisor to join the team. This is a site-based role where you will play a key part in supporting project teams, ensuring compliance, and driving a positive health and safety culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Support site teams in implementing and maintaining health and safety standards
*
Carry out site inspections and audits, reporting findings and recommending improvements
*
Assist with the development, review, and communication of risk assessments and method statements
*
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies
*
Provide advice and support to managers and operatives on health, safety, and welfare matters
*
Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings as required
*
Contribute to incident investigations and follow-up actions
What We’re Looking For
*
1–3 years’ experience in a dedicated health and safety role, ideally within construction
*
NEBOSH Construction / General (or equivalent) – essential
*
Knowledge of current UK health and safety legislation and best practice
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others positively
*
Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to spend time on site
*
Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to prioritise workload
*
You must be currently living within a reasonable commuting distance of Central London
*
You must have full, unrestricted right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for this position
