Construction Manager

About the Role:
You’ll oversee the delivery of large-scale data centre and industrial projects, managing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. This is a hands-on role where clarity, structure, and discipline are essential. From coordinating fast-paced schedules to solving problems under pressure, you’ll be the one keeping the project on course.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead site operations with authority, focus, and attention to detail.

* Drive programme delivery and maintain strict quality and safety standards.

* Motivate and direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve clear goals.

* Anticipate challenges, implement practical solutions, and maintain momentum.

* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

About You:

* Experienced in managing construction projects, ideally in data centre or industrial environments.

* Open to travel

* Strong leadership skills – decisive, disciplined, and calm under pressure.

* Excellent communicator, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

* Detail-oriented but with the ability to see the bigger picture.

* Thrives in structured environments and takes accountability for results.

* Must have: CSCC, SMSTS & First Aid
