Site Manager

I’m currently working with a leading contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on running sites, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing
*
Taking full responsibility for day-to-day site operations
*
Leading and motivating subcontractors and site teams
*
Overseeing health & safety, quality, and compliance on site
*
Driving the programme to ensure timely delivery
*
Managing materials, logistics, and site resources
*
Acting as the main point of contact between the project team, client, and stakeholders
What we’re looking for
*
Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Knowledge of H&S regulations and site procedures
*
Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work (essential)
*
Someone proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
*
Based within commuting distance of Bristol (or willing to travel)
