Project Manager

I’m working with a respected contractor who are looking to bring on board a Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects in the Bristol region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for overseeing the planning, delivery, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, while managing site teams and subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover

*

Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards

*

Oversee and support Site Managers and site teams

*

Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work is delivered on schedule

*

Act as the main liaison for clients, consultants, and stakeholders

*

Report on progress, risks, and financials to senior management

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects)

*

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and processes

*

Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues under pressure

*

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work (essential)

*

A degree or HNC/HND in construction management (preferred)

*

Full UK driving licence and ability to work across the Bristol region
