Location: East Midlands (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office post-probation)
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (DOE)
A leading UK energy accreditation provider is seeking a DEA Technical Consultant to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical consultancy, training delivery, and customer support within a dynamic, supportive environment. You'll play a key role in supporting Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs), ensuring high-quality guidance and professional development for both new and existing members.

Deliver Introductory Level 3 DEA training to new delegates
Support continued professional development courses for new and existing DEAs
Provide technical guidance and support via email, phone, and in person
Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and learning materials
The DEA Technical Consultant will be:
Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (Level 3) with several years' experience
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform calculations
Excellent customer service skills in a busy environment
Clear and confident communication skills for face-to-face, verbal, and written interactions
Ability to maintain effective working relationships in a team
Comfortable using IT as an integral part of daily workPreferred:
Experience in the built environment industry and an interest in energy assessment as a career
Background in telephone or customer support
