Having built a reputation for reliability and quality, they’ve partnered with some of the most respected names in the Design & Build sector. The projects span across the Midlands and the North, ranging from Birmingham through to Scotland.
The Role
They are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join the team. This role is central to expanding their client base, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring continued growth in line with their values of quality and trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing key accounts, and representing the business at the highest level within the construction and D&B sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, developers, and consultants.
*
Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
*
Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry functions to promote the company.
*
Develop and manage a sales pipeline, reporting regularly on progress and forecasts.

Contribute to tendering and pre-qualification processes where required.
Skills & Experience
*
Proven track record in business development, preferably within M&E contracting, construction, or related industries.
*
Strong network of contacts within the D&B and construction sectors.
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*
Commercially astute with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
*
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
